Security

We have taken certain physical, technical, and administrative steps to protect the information we collect from and about Site users. Children Under 18

We do not knowingly collect, use, or share the personal information of children under age 18, and this Site is not directed to individuals under 18. If we are made aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under age 18, we will delete this information as soon as possible.

Additional EU Disclosures

Legal Basis: We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. We will most commonly use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Data controller: Pest Practitioners is the data controller of all personal data collected through our Site. If you are in the EU and have any complaints regarding our privacy practices, you have the right to make a complaint at any time to your local Supervisory Authority. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach your Supervisory Authority, so please contact us first. Provision of personal data and failure to provide personal data:We may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with our services) when we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested. In this case, we will not be able to provide services to you.

Collection of Personal Information from third party sources: We also collect personal data about you from various third parties and public sources.

Withdrawing Consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting at adpractictionerprojects@gmail.com.

Data Transfer: We may transfer personal data from the EU to the United States and other countries, some of which have not been determined by the European Commission to have an adequate level of data protection. If we transfer personal data outside the EU to a processor, such transfer will be in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR.

Promotional offers: We may use your personal data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you.     • Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by sending us a message on our website. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. Response Timing and Format
